HEADLINE DEC. 14th: This morning I woke up and decided to create an online version of the Burning Bowl Ceremony and Intention Setting Ceremony. It is a great way to identify and let go of those nagging habits of mind and heart that keep us stuck in unhealthy and toxic patterns in our relationships, at work, and in our self-care and spiritual life.
After we literally burn those suckers, we are ready to set a powerful spiritual vision and create a strong intention for 2022. We will meditate, reflect, write, burn, bless, and write a letter to our future self. All from a sacred and (safe for burning) place in our homes.
