I am a spiritual teacher, mentor, coach and Unity minister who embraces both western and eastern spiritual traditions. Mysticism, Metaphysics, Meditation, Consciousness, Awakening, Enlightenment, Chakras, Koshas, Karma, Kundalini, Breath Practices, Deeksha, Story and Myth. Multiple trips to Oneness University in India, now EKAM, has grounded me in the experience of awakening.
